Mission
To extend hands-on creative and entrepreneurial education beyond the classroom and the summer season, giving young people the tools, mentorship, and platform to build real brands and businesses.
Vision
A generation of young creatives — especially those rarely told this path is open to them — who see themselves as founders, designers, and makers from the start.
Values
Transforming what's discarded, overlooked, or broken into something valuable. Building institutions that lift others as you go. Making room for grief, growth, and craft to coexist.
Executive Director
Victoria Ruth
Victoria Ruth has been creative since childhood. After losing her first love during her freshman year of college, she channeled her grief into making — charcoal, acrylic, and eventually sewing. She studied journalism at Ball State University, but her design work found her first, directing runway shows before she graduated. Her great-great-uncle, Dr. Robert Russa Moton, helped build Hampton University and led Tuskegee Institute; she carries that legacy forward for the next generation of Black creatives. She founded Studio of Ruth, then Creative CEO, and launched Legacy in Bloom Foundation to sustain that work year-round — now reaching Atlanta and Indianapolis.
